Julie’s lifelong partner, Scott, began this practice offering a unique coaching approach centered around dualism: a left-brained, objective, and analytical style coupled with a right-brained, passionate, and creative demeanor. Although Scott has left this earth, his spirit is imprinted on Krueger Coaching & Consulting and Julie has adopted the unique dualist coaching approach. As a deep listener with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), she easily connects with individuals by demonstrating strong empathy while remaining objective. Her intuitive nature and keen ability to see patterns and disparate connections, allow her to navigate the grey in life because few things are ever truly black and white.
